BOOKING WITH CHILDREN

Although our escape room scenarios are designed with adults in mind, we have found that children do well with most of our scenarios too!

Parties with players 14 and under must be accompanied by at least 1 participating adult.

Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the escape rooms. (Including infants) There are no exceptions to this rule.

Please note: Anyone entering an escape room MUST purchase a ticket regardless of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT REFUND RESERVATIONS.

RESERVATIONS MAY BE RESCHEDULED UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE AN EVENT.

NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULES ARE GIVEN TO NO-SHOWS OR LATE PARTIES.

For everyone’s safety, we have made every room private regardless of group size. Simply make a reservation and our system will automatically update your room to a private event.

FAQ

What happens if my group is late?

  • A 60-minute timer will be started at 10 minutes past your scheduled arrival regardless. Once you arrive, you will only have the time remaining on the timer to finish the scenario. This is to ensure the next group does not have a delay with their reservation.

    What if my group is paying separately?

  • We require a 2 ticket minimum purchase through our website to reserve your game. As long as you make the minimum reservation, the rest of your group can pay upon arrival.

Is alcohol allowed in the rooms?

  • Absolutely not! Any players disturbing others will be made to leave the premise.

What is the difficulty of your escape rooms?

  • Our escape rooms are built with a 60 minute play time for 4-7 players in mind. Because of this, smaller groups (2-3) may not be able to escape our rooms as easily as a larger group.

What is an escape game?

  • Escape games are interactive puzzle rooms that require players to work together in order to solve clues, answer riddles, decipher codes, and find hidden items before the clock hits 0. You have 60 minutes. Can you escape?

Are the rooms scary?

  • NO. We do NOT build scary rooms. Our rooms are designed for team-building and problem solving, not to scare the bejeezus out of you!

Do I have to reserve online?

  • YES. All reservations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.

When do I need to arrive?

  • All players need to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scenario starts.
